ok i'm thinking of buying this so total will be 24x29 -100 -25 =571 total i can sell this phone on ebay for 450-499 so pretty much i can get a 2 yr sim card and i can make 150worth of calls monthly (from the 29 cap) or somthing for about $100 ?

anyone think this is good idea?

This phone would be locked and branded to the 3network, however you can ask 3 to unlock this handset for you for free, but the 3brand will still be there.. but you are still able to use whatever sim you want (after unlock)

Yes, nothing special. Virgin have this phone for $29/month age ago. Plus they also give you 20MB of data /month!

Is the $100 bonus and the $25 friend referral just credit bonuses? Or do they actually take off of your monthly total cost?

Eg.
24 Months * $29 = $696
- $64 rebate = $632
- $25 Friend Referral = $607
- $100 Bonus = $507

Total = $507 ($21.125 a month)

Or is it:
24 Months * $29 = $696
- $64 rebate = $632
+ $25 Bonus Phone Credit
+ $100 Bonus Phone Credit

Total = $632 ($26.333 a month)

The title of the thread makes it sound like the first one, but somehow that doesn't seem right to me.
