What is the screen resolution ?
It is the standard laptop resolution (1366x768)
A bought a couple of the real cheap MSI's more than a year ago. Kids have dropped them etc. Had a tough life and all still go strong. I was worried about the brand's build quality, that model at least keeps on going.
Please bear in mind that the GPU on this laptop doesn't support "Optimus", aka. switchable graphics, as per this earlier post in whingepool:

What this means is that your 33W GPU is persistently on, and never turned off to save power. This feature is worth a couple of hundred dollars to me, because 3 hours battery life is crapful.
