  I presume they are talking about their publicity stunt were they faked a closure to highlight the use of DRM Free games. Most were not ammused.

      Well. All I can say is anything more than very basic DRM sucks hard. The publishers that use it really have gone too far. Worst part is I can't see a way to regress back to sanity.
