beans arrived today. Oh Lordy how creamy the Brazil Fazenda beans are!
You might want to check with Simon as to the roast date, Generally speaking the beans need to rest for ~7 days depending on the bean, During this rest period they will exhibit excess crema :)
I should add that my orders for the past 9 months have arrived to me within 24 hours of roasting, which is a mixed blessing!
