  • The problem with these USB keys is that the little metal loop is too small to attach to a key ring.

    • and their slow speeds
      14.2 Mb/s = 1.78MB/s

I bought one one year ago and the speed is OK, much faster than 1.78MB/s, probably around 8-11 MB/s writing and 15-20MB reading. But not sure about recent batches.
The problem is it's tiny so every time I have to pull the key chain to get it unplugged, and the plastic tail cracked after a few months of using.

    • try one of these between the USB drive and the keyring

I've got two of the 16gb ones for my car radio. They're perfect as they are only tiny and don't stick out from the face of the radio much!

I use a 32gb one for my Yamaha receiver, it means I can close the front flap on the receiver and the drive does not interfere with the flap.

  • Not really a deal. Shopping square are selling the same thing (well the 16GB one I looked at) for $13.95 delivered. So it's not like you need to buy today or anything (I did but only because I really needed one).

  • Cheers, I've been after a cheap 32GB, lets see how this one goes

  • I have the 32GB one, it works great with my wr703n, perfect little pirate box.

  • Good deal but shoppingsquare has really bad delivery time, I've ordered things from them twice, but have the items received after 1 months or even more. No recommend with their services. So will not suggest anyone go with them if you need your stuff urgent.

    • Strange, when I bought from their ebay store the stuff arrived in 2 days, 4 days earlier than expected. My order was small though, I only ordered a HDMI cable.

      • Same experience as Feng9 (only HDMI cables as well). My last order with them was 10 HDMI cables from Hong Kong. They came within a week, which is the fastest I have had deliveries from Asia.

The Australian stock I have bought have only taken a couple of days.

  • Has anyone received theirs yet? I ordered 1 x 32GB drive and 3 x iPhone cables, i got the iPhone cables over a week ago but still waiting on the flash drive.

    • Nope, ordered on the 3rd and got dispatch notice on the 5th. Based on what 'alderchew' said it could be a month of waiting…

Mine finally arrived today, came from hong kong
Pretty bad shipping times but arrived eventually, pity the iPhone cables I bought stopped working

        • Got my flash drives today as well. Two weeks isn't great but considering it was from Hong Kong it definitely could be worse. Shame about your iPhone cables though.
