  The extremely strict destinations and dates make this seem as though the deal is for relocation vehicles, in which case this is just spam.

  Look up Imoova and check out their list of relocation vehicles, pretty much free with the same guidelines as this mob.

  Yeah for relocations with strict dates/destinations most places will waive the fee altogether, and even give you money towards fuel.
