Anybody know the best app to use on an iPad to read these with ease?

  ibooks. Open the order email on your ipad and click "download my chapters" which will take you to your order details in a page in Safari. Under "download single file", for each ebook, click the "EPUB" link if available. It will then load into another window. Tap the screen and in the top right corner a button will appear saying something like "open in ibooks" or something similar. Click that, and viola!
  
  However, the file may not be available in EPUB format, so download in PDF and follow the instructions as I listed them for EPUB. Your file also may not be able to download as a whole and you may need to download individually (which is what I'm finding now), so just do that individually. Alternatively you can download all the PDF chapters on your computer, and then load it onto your ipad by adding those individual files to your ibook collection.
