        actually, i remember in some factories in China, they actually sell by the weight rather than per shirt. hence if you buy loads of XXXL, it costs you more since you get less pieces

    polyester blend is good as long as the style is light and breathable, which these should be.
    Less ironing, creasing, weight and cooler if they wick properly.
