• Items are shipped within 1-2 days after the payment is received, except for weekend and official holidays
• Items shipped by Registered mail International (Limited Tracking): 7~11 working days to AU
• We accept payment via PAYPAL, Bank Deposit. Payment to be made via Paypal or bank deposit once the item is bought on eBay
• Return on items must be within 30 days of delivery to the address in Sydney.
• Refunds are allowed only if the item is returned in original condition and box (Tried on only for fit and sizing).
• If you require a refund for change of mind you will need to pay a postage fee and re-stocking fee of $15. Exceptions are made if it is our fault.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

On a completely unrelated note, They are Great Shoes! I've had my 19s for 2 months now, and they still look brand new after 5km+ runs every day since.
