Cheapest place to buy AAA rechargeable batteries?

G'day there All.
Please I am after 10 rechargeable batteries AAA.
want a high capacity ones.
want to use them for my bike lights and waring.

    Consider the low self discharge ones from hobby king, they perform close to eneloops. 99c each plus shipping of about $10.

    I would recommend enitime as an eneloop clone but the prices have almost doubled… It was previously priced close to $7 delivered for 4. Now it ranges from $12 to $14 for 4…

    I would just grab a pack from Aldi. I don't know about the AAAs but the AAs are around $7 for 4. They are LSD and work just fine for my warning lights. Now headlights might be another matter… Don't headlights take special batteries?

      I had a look at rechargeable batteries in ALDI just today. Didn't see any low self discharge ones though.

    I used to run rechargeables…but the power output either wasn't the same, or the charge didn't last as long as a bulk pack of alkalines from dick smith. The rechargeables also got quite mangled from the continual insertion/removal process to charge them.

      Well, sure. But the LSD rechargeables are pretty close, and work out much, much cheaper over time, and are better for the environment. If you haven't specifically used eneloops or clones you are a generation behind and should really give them another go.
      For high draw applications (e.g. camera flash) they are light years ahead.
      I still use alkalines in a few remotes and $1 flashlights I give to my kids when we go camping that seem to get lost, but rechargables win just about everywhere else.
