Far far too long. Logged a PayPal dispute. Not happy with this seller. Apparently it left Hong Kong on 19th Sept. Never again from this guy

Paypal ruled in sellers favor as he had proof of shipment with hong kong tracking and closed the case. Hmm…. not good.

To be fair if the postmark is the same day he states he sent it, its not really his fault but is instead HK post.
Shipping from HK/China is highly variable - I've gotten things sometimes in 7 days with the record being 67 days!
The price you pay for getting it from asia. In contrast postage from the US/UK is usually a lot more reliable and speedy.
I've lodged a dispute as well. You're right, it's not his/their fault that postage takes a while, but it is his/their fault that they are so poo at communication and customer service.

Them: Check if a card has been left for you.It's like banging your head on a wall. I say his/they, because there is no continuity in conversation threads. I repeat myself constantly and they don't read the messages.

Can confirm, still no GTA :( That'll teach me to order cheaply again. I'm was initially worried that the calling slip had somehow flown out of my mail box and it's just waiting at my LPO for me, but alas that's not the case

Contacted the seller, he said its not trackable once its left hong kong.
Cheers for the update Broskies, so were in the dark here until it arrives on our door step. The seller did mention that 20% of the orders have been delayed due to the new scanning process. I guess we fall in that category…it's confusing when tracking states it has been shipped on a certain date, now does that actually mean that it has shipped or just scanned…?
Seller put wrong address. It was sent back to hong kong. Fail.
Just get a refund and buy it from the store. This whole experience has been terrible, the game doesn't even work.
What was wrong with the game?
Not sure if its the game or my xbox but I'm leaning towards a disk problem because it runs other games fine. The play disk doesn't load, it just loops the rockstar opening title. I've tried installing the play disk to a usb but it just gets stuck at 48% and says that the disk is scratched, which its not. I'm going to try my friends GTA disk and if that works fine I'm sending mine back for a refund.
Or try your disc in your friend's machine :)

Geez guys, with all the hassle it has been so far maybe I should ask for a refund too. I don't know when I'll receive my game yet……the additional 2 weeks he told me to wait is nearly up…….
