Its free CS4 DVDs - you could download them if you want them now OR you can order a free nicely branded DVD in a hard plastic case. You have to wait eight weeks for them, but its nice to have the media as a backup.
In the original title it said CS3, which made my CS4 comment more valid :)

It's definitely CS4 - I got this sent to me ages ago and it's certainly worth it rather than downloading the Trial. It comes on 3x DVD's and in a lovely case, but it is just the 30 day trial.
