I bought this deal and they sent me the dozen + 3 bonus wines.
After the purchase I also was given $50 to spend in store, so I picked up 6 more wines for about $9 delivered :)
All up worked out about $2.60/bottle!

Enjoy

$2.60/bottle! This deal will fit in well with my lifestyle of washing car windows, living under bridges and having fires in rubbish bins!

    • Their cheapest wines are about $9/bottle so it seems like a decent deal

    • that's my dream life.

Thank you; it automatically applied a $30 voucher I had in my account so I got them for $15 delivered: happy days!

    • It didn't allow me to use the voucher.

The message says: WARNING - The minimum spend for your voucher has not been met. Your voucher will not be applied to this order

Minimum spend is $60 to be able to use the voucher.

Just ordered and signed up for the $50 credit. It sounds like a wine subscription service (they charge you $40 every month, which you can spend on ordering wine on their website. I might order another case next month. Pretty good deal.

    • Hey are you sure they are charging $40 every month? Isn't the $50 credit is just a one-off bonus? I can't go back to the screen to check.

      • +1

Yeah, not very happy that they automatically subscribe you into it without making it clear. But according to this:
"Each month you top-up your account with $40, yours to spend whenever you like. This isn't a membership fee and we'll never send you unsolicited wine the way most wine clubs do. Your money builds up until you want to buy some wine. Or get it back if you don't."

you can get your money back if you don't want to buy any more wine, so not too bad.

        • Funny, I just called them and canceled this Angel subscription, but I also lost the $50 credit.

… But I forgot to ask about if this Join The Fun Case order is still a $39.99, pretty sure it still is even without being Angel.

I was also annoyed that I was duped into a subscription obligation. I used a $50 voucher card to place an order then I was offered another $50 credit into my account "no strings attached". When I clicked the offer button, I was then congratulated for becoming a "Wine Angel" and that (to my surprise)$40 a month will be debited from my credit card. I emailed them and asked that this not occur and they cancelled my account and wrote to me that it was clear that I'd be signing up for the direct debit before clicking the button but they are wrong. While the wine I got was good value, I won't be dealing any further with Naked Wines. Their subscription process is either cheeky/dodgy/unscrupulous, depending on your own ethics. Possibly illegal too but I'm not spending any more time analysing Naked Wines.

Got a similar deal from them a while back. The wines I've tried so far haven't been very good. Maybe worth it at this price, but I wouldn't touch them at their standard prices.

    • I agree. I'm far from being a wino and will generally drink anything but even i struggled to finish it all.
