        Good question, but same applies to Apple, who put Unix on the phone, but then placed all sorts of restrictions on the user. (by jailbreaking you can get around some of them).

    Assuming that you forgot the /sarc tag?

    -This 'deal' has too little information for a mere 7% saving ($60) from the suggested maximum retail price. (I understand that one can sometimes get 10% from JB HIFI etc.)

    -No supplier information. It may be coming from overseas.

    -No Warranty information other than "12 Months Warranty". It may not have a local warranty with Apple Australia. If it is an overseas model it may have to be sent overseas if there are any problems, or to an unauthorised 'local' repairer. Also, there would be no local 'Out of Warranty' coverage.

    -Long delivery time. Delivery is quoted as "Product will be shipped to you in approx. 3 weeks"

    So, far too risky without lots more information.
