    I stay at the Q1 in a 3 bedroom apartment on the 43rd floor with full ocean view for $180 per night (staying sept 1-13)
    Not really that good of a deal imo

    Wotif has Boulevard Tower 2br for $130 per night in the same period. You can also get the same price by booking directly on the hotel website.

If you search through Wotif, the onsite name will be Hilton Surfers Paradise, and their price is between $319-439 per night during the same period.
