Most stuff comes from NZ or the UK so can take ages
Slowest delivery ever and very poor service.
Have placed three orders - was double charged once and orders were partially incomplete on the other two.
Not one of the better online operators…
I ordered blu-rays and they were slow but they came. Even email updates when they were delayed and when they were posted. Wouldn't order if I was in a hurry though.

I've ordered from them 5 times now.
4/5 times no issues apart from my own fault where I accidentally ordered more than one copy of a game. They were responsive as far as communication goes and refunded my money quickly
1 order was cancelled when they understandably didn't want to sell fairly new releases that were mistakingly priced at $10. Again they quickly refunded my money AND gave me $10 credit for each order cancelled.
I once ordered some MS points from Fishpond that never arrived. They refunded me though, and from memory it was pretty prompt and easy.
I had a cancelled order because I ordered an item which I was sure wouldn't be in stock or able to be sourced.
They refunded without prompting and quickly enough to please me.
Other than DESPERATELY needing to cull the zero-stock items from their website, I'm ok with them so far.
But that was my one and only order there :)
got my Game Of Thrones BluRay Season 1 & 2 for A$23 in total. packed well and delivered within promised time frame, my 1st purchase from them.
I had ordered the same and have only received Session 2 of Game of Thrones. Still waiting on Session 1 - it has taken a long time for it to come. Considering it is only coming from NZ it should be much faster than what has taken already.
