    Ctrl+(Left Click) opens in new tab in Firefox and IE (and probably most other browsers), now you can get free ebooks with 33% less clicks!

      Middle click (mouse wheel button) opens new tab in Firefox & others. Opens in a background tab for me (might not be the default), so it's:
      Middle click x10, then Buy with one click x10
