  Let me assure you that what you see in the picture is what you will get, all of the pictures have been taken based on the real products. At CNJ Store, we perform quality check before we ship an item out, therefore you will not receive a faulty product unless it is damaged during shipping, which is out of our control.
  In any retail environment, it is up to the buyer to return a product if there is any problem with it. If you purchase an item from Big W and want to return it, you will need to go to the store and return it, Big W won't come out and get it from you.
