      I got two of the same from eBay. Use it once on our cars and threw both away.

      The product leaves a sticky clear residue that hides minor scratches for a time but after a few days the residue attracts dust and appears as a dirty smear. AVOID.

    I bought a similar product from Big W, and took it back the same day and demanded a refund. It hid nothing. It basically painted a thick clear glue-like liquid over the scratch (which remained visible underneath)
    It might work with superficial scratches that would buff out with polish, and in that case what's the point? Just buff them out.

      you was lucky… its set inside the pen… so when i rubbed on the car it created another mark!

    The cost is not surprising given the terrible reviews on Amazon. Makes you wonder whether the reviews at the website the OP posted are fake…

    I bought one when they were first advertised,a mistake. Absolutely does not work! I'm negging the deal in the hope to stop others just wasting their money.

      Yep we got one right here. Bought it off ebay for a dollar fifty or something, I can't remember.

      Used it on the old beater because no way in hell am I using it on my new car. Just takes the edge off of the scratch and that's about it. Still clearly visible. Still crap.

      Look elsewhere because all you're doing here is wasting money.

    I'd think that paint-matched coloured versions of this product would be better.

    Some scratches we've seen - left too long by owners - rust (if they're deep enough).

    Perhaps a colour close to matching car's own paint colour would be better than rust showing through.

    Only use this product if you want to prevent rust, it is essentially just a clear coat of paint. You are honestly better off with something like scratch X 2.0 from Meguiars or scratch remover from Mothers which are cutting compounds, they will achieve a better result than this.

    it's for clearcoat scratches, not scratches that are so deep your basecoat is affected. still a scam product.
