Does anyone have experience with this company/travel agent?
Reviews for them seem bad all around the net.
I have personally used them once (because they were really cheap) and everything was smooth sailing.
Was planning to book with them again but will appreciate some input from fellow ozbargainers.
I used them once to book a flight from Holland to Perth stop over Bali,got a good price,but when I checked my CC statement,they took the agreed price for the ticket but they had taken a second payment of $125……after contacting them they denied is was them,( even though it clearly stated their name and my bank coonfirmed it was them…..) got my money bank through my very helpful ANZ bank…
Cheoppo air were very unhelpful in trying to solve the problem…
wouldnt use them again.
Booked with them.. the only thing I didn't like is they say if you want to choose your seats, you need to pay $15 each.
I didn't pay it, I just called the airline and gave them my Airline confirmation number and got them to select seats for us (free of charge).
just based on the name id never book with them!
I booked a flight from San Sebastián to Milan with them. Minutes later realised I'd Stupidly booked wrong date. Like you, I freaked when I read online reviews. CC company advised me to write strongly worded cancellation which I did. I gave no reason, just requested cancellation. Sent it to 3 different email addresses I found on the web. Within 24 hours received their acceptance of my cancellation. Within 72 hours amount was reversed from cc. Very good. Their name doesn't fill you with confidence though does it? I came to them through Skyscanner, so I would guess that they are trying to elevate their rep and maintain connections with other good businesses. I would deal with them again and was very relieved when can. came through.
