    To be precise it is "child pornography" that is explicitly NOT allowed. Other legal adult sites are generally ok. The Texas restriction in the terms need to be updated (read: removed). Will pass this feedback on to the team.

    These are VPS plans with root access and no other software installed (only Linux operating systems).

    If you're after cPanel hosting, refer to our shared/reseller hosting offers. http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/110924 has expired, but do contact us @ https://www.cloudshards.com/contact.php to see what we can do.

    Otherwise, if you'd like to install cPanel yourself on a VPS we'd recommend at least 512-1024MB VPS and you'll need a license from cPanel.

  Now, i'm not entirely sure as I don't need to figure this stuff out much. But why are we paying GST if you're not hosted here and the prices are in USD?

  My game accounts and things I pay for in USD don't get GST thrown on top, why does this?

    Because they are an Australian company with colocation facilities in datacenters in the US, not a US company. Australian companies have to charge GST to Australian consumers. The code LEB25 pretty much cancels it out. The price is in USD because they get charged in USD so if the price was in AUD it would need to change constantly with exchange rates.
    Clear enough?
