Payment to UK

Hi guys,
I have to pay for a medical test in pounds online GBP £328.00. It is a bit pricey as it is and I'm not sure which card would be best to use - they only accept visa/mastercard. Just wondering if there is a debit/credit card that waives conversion fees?

    Thanks heaps - am looking at the debit option, says there is 2.5% international fee though with citibank? I've also got an ing direct visa debit card as well….

If you have got a UK bankcard then I am using Exchange4free for all payments to the UK. Open an account, get a quote (A$/GBP), tell the amount in $ you want to transfer. Fill in all the forms . Then transfer the money to their account here in OZ and within 3 days it is in your bank in the UK. You can then do the bankpayment without all the fees.
EX4Free don't charge commission.
