Car Hire - From Gold Coast Airport (8 days)

May you suggest a good deal (any discounts) please?

Require only a small (automatic) but reliable vehicle.

So far: Have checked my "silver" RACV discount, and can hire a Thrifty Car Hire (Holden Barina or Toyota Yaris Automatic) for $277.30 total estimate (includes fees and taxes).

Will not hire from Europcar ever again after this year's experience.

Flying with Jetstar gave me about 20% discount at Bargain at the airport counter.. just quote them you've flown jetstar for the discount. This was, in my experience, the cheapest one I found at the airport, even cheaper than my prebooking with VroomVroomVroom.
