I have a feeling this may be a pricing error on EB Games. It's much cheaper than any other retailer including Amazon. JB sell it for $189 and Amazon do it for £108 and the sticker on the box says was $288 now $188 but I actually got it for $88.

I had to call around a bit to nail one - I can confirm VIC Chapel St and Victoria Gardens don't stock them. I bought mine in the Swanston St EB. If the staff have trouble finding it it's because it may be called the "Sennheiser Universal Headset" or alternatively ask them to check the sales list as it went on sale today. Both EB games I went to had a lot of trouble finding the name of it.

        I didn't ask if they had any more when I bought mine from Swanston but my impression was they had a few.

    im using a pair of turtlebeach px5 COD editions and even i wanted a pair :P

    Seinheisser is an amazing brand, my cx300s earphones have been in the washing machine twice and they are still working.

  Thanks OP, got myself a pair from the Morley (galleria) store in WA. A nice headset, works awesome…clear sounds and clear mic as well. Very nice price as well.

  Snagged me this headset today. Still got the $188 price tag on the package (stuck over the $288 tag) and no sale sticker or anything to suggest this rock bottom price but discount came through at checkout.
