Would the THL W8 http://www.buyincoins.com/item/32953.html be a bargain at $236.59 after discount for the best "high spec" 3G smartphone? Others appear to lack some feature(s) like FHD or GPS and such. Sorry I don't want to miss out but lack the time to research today. Risky? Worth it?

Starting to see a lot more negative feedback about buyincoins. I've used them several times previously and not had issues but on most recent transaction they only part-shipped my order (omitted the critical part and the only part of the order I actually wanted, the rest was just junk / filler anyway). Then proceeded to claim:
our system doesn't support resending now
even though was only about 4 weeks from order being raised (took that long to arrive). They have then sent several emails persistently trying to barter the refund down rather than refunding in full even though the pieces that were sent are completely worthless in isolation.
Given my own experiences and some of the commentary that is coming through I'm going to give buyincoins a miss from now on.
This sort of stuff I pay with PayPal, they tend to be easy to deal with if you ever need to make a claim for stuff not delivered etc.
i had a horror story with them on a $500+ order of 4 tablets, 2 of them arrived DOA. they repeatedly lied to me and obstructed me returning them. i posted my story here and it got dismissed. OZb seems to like them but i'll never go near them ever again.
Finally had a win. Buyincoins have now given me a refund in full for my purchase so issue now resolved satisfactorily. Don't know why it was so difficult to get but at least the right outcome in the end.
btw, this code is still currently active. there was a message on the site saying that their servers got a bit overloaded so they extended till Aug 1st. In what timezone I don't know, but the code is still working as I write this. The message and promotion banner have been removed from the site already though.
