Cheapest or add business class - Euro flight/s - Adelaide --> Paris / Athens/ Barcelona /London --> Adel (JoeIT inspiration)?

Trying to work the 'Magic' like JoeIT.

Any ideas how to make this trip the cheapest possible/ and or add some business class for under $2700?

Itinerary:
ADL—>Paris 24-26th Sep 2013 (not fussed with adding stops in SIN/DXB/AHU etc..
Paris—> Barcelona 28th-29th Sep

*Crusing to Athens…then need…

Athens —-> back to ADL 20th October

Athens —-> London 20th October
London —-> ADL 23rd October *once again, happy to add in stops!

For a complicated itinerary like that:
1. Use an online website that has multi-stops as an option. See what price you get. Also use some international travel sites - not just the Australian ones
2. Use a travel agent - they hunt quite a bit for you and could offer packages.
3. Have you booked accommodation? Sometimes it works cheaper as a package
