      i just used a random US address i found online for my Billing address and it worked :)

      EDIT:

      okay so i got Drip drip as promotional credit as well as ticket to ride credit, dont have the 3rd game yet but also i noticed when i go to ticket to ride the game is unavailable to download ( Currently unavailable
      We don't know when or if this item will be available again. )

        Is there a product code in your games library? If there's a product code, you can register it in Steam and download from there.

        Yeah, I haven't get the 3rd game credit email too. The description did say within 2 business days.
