These are a great price to start with a BARGAIN, judge by the value of the product for the dollar you are spending. By just about any measure these are good value. All that attitude will serve is to encourage wholesalers/retailers to artificially inflate prices so discounts appear higher where in reality they are not.
Perhaps you will be happier with a $15 discount on a pair of $45 Calvin Kleins. What is better value a $35 Calvin Klein pair or a $3.50 pair of these Nanjiren's. The latter by far in my mind.

Well, the last undies I purchased were these (found via an OzBargain posting):-
Everlast Mens 3-Pack Boxers $8.50 delivered = AU$2.84 per pair
Ben Sherman 2 Pack Boxers $8.50 delivered = AU$4.25 per pair
The quality was great, and the sizing accurate.
These no-name Nanjirens cost AU$3.50 (or US$3.50?) per pair with strange (small?) sizing.
Seems a good price but seriously small sizing. I usually get a Bonds XL (105-110cm) so to see the largest is a XXXL (84-94cm) they seem more boys than mens (or maybe I'm just more generously proportioned!). I not sure how many extra X's I need but it would be around XXXXXL - and thats a lot of X's!
