  What are these like compared to up and go's? I'd hate to load up on them and they taste like flour.

  Just in case anyone's interested, Coles are also doing Dairy Farmers Oats Express liquid breakfast 2x3pk for $6,instead of $4.39 per a 3pk,now (got some more tonight) (Vic).

  The choc is good,but I'm really liking the banana & honey flvr.

    hmm just had a read of the ingredients. lotsa sugar it seems (10.1g per 100ml, 0.5g less than coca cola)

      Surely its not too hard to make something like this while being still somewhat healther,ie low salt & suger,etc…
