      No warranty according to their fine print. Regardless, it's very hard to resist buying it at that price on the off chance that it'll break down within 12months.

        By law they must be covered by a warranty.

        I think you might be referring to the comment that says its not covered by their change of mind warranty?

        I foresee a headache due to this quote;

        We offer our own 12 month warranty against defects on all new electrical, petrol operated or motorised products. For warranty details see our Terms and Conditions

        'New' was typed in bold. If they specifically stated that there's a warranty I'd buy this over the less attractive, smaller and lower powered Sheffield.
