I need a decent Graphics card for around $100, I have 6GB DDR3 1333ghz
I purchased this PC off Gumtree for $100 used once, bargain… I since than upgraded the graphics card to a $20 one for the HDMI output but I would like to do basic gaming, I can play counter strike currently. But games like WOW or Battlefield would be good.

There are a lot of knowledgeable people from the IT industry that peruse that forum giving advice to people like yourself. They helped me clarify a few points when building my latest gaming PC.
Assuming it's the same specs as scrimshaw's link above, even with a new graphics card, the cpu doesn't meet the minimum requirements for either wow or battlefield 3.
The 220w psu is unlikely to support anything much more powerful then an entry level card which sounds like what you've already bought.
GTX 650 Ti 2GB, or GTX 650 non Ti.

There's the Radeon 7750 which fits the bill but you need to also consider the power supply unit. You're going to need 300~350 watts minimum with the 7750.
There's also the 6670 — a little cheaper but also roughly 15 to 20% slower than 7750. You might be able to get this cheap via feebay or gumtree.
