The "not available in conjunction with any other offer" refers to coupon stacking. You can only use one coupon at a time, but because the 2 for $65 deal does not require a coupon it works fine.
I've just done it: 3 ties for $65. Sometimes there is a little bit of a delay with the coupons so you might want to try again Skayper.
