Right now the price is $29.99 USD with no discounts…it's a really good deal I admit, but has it ever been cheaper?
EDIT: Also, if I buy it as a gift, will I get individual gifts for all the games or will they all be in one package?

I am almost certain there was either a Sega pack or complete sonic pack during last years Steam Summer Sale. No idea on pricing but it was ridiculously good. Thinking more on it.. I'm leaning towards it having been a sega pack that just happened to include every sonic title (eg 1,2,3, cd, sega all star racing, sonic 4 ep 1.. etc etc), plus some other non sonic titles and the price may have been ~$40 but $100-$200 value.
So if you hold up till the upcoming summer sale, there may be a deal to be had. Good chance since they tend to just sell the same stuff over and over.

It has normally been $40 so it is discounted but the summer sale is coming so it might be worth waiting
