eeek. Something tells me this isn't the place for me.
edit: And save $11,000 on this chair that was basically 15k. Ouch.
Gee. For $15k you can pretty much do the whole kitchen or bathroom renovation thing…
I don't think Ozargain should be a place for ANY clearance sale. It should only be featured on OzBargain only if it's a real bargain.
Well at least it's a big saving. lol
What makes someone think this "designer" sale would constitute a bargain? When I saw that $6,600 coffee table, I thought you've got to be kidding!!
You could buy real designer stuff for that kinda crazy price why buy from a "web clearance"… Go to space (Alexandria) or Fanulis (Cremorne) if you want to blow silly money… at least you have bragging rights when you tell you're friends where you got it from….
Thought I'd check this sale out at their sowroom and it's not a coffeee table. Actually a conference table imported from Europe. And it's huge. It's also extremely solid and heavy. Whist I was there they were trying to move one in their showroom and 4 guys were struggling. Don't know exaclty what it's made from but seriously built to last. I looked at a lot of other designer furntiure and this place actually doesn't seem such a rip off and has some pretty interesting stuff…..but you still need a healthy bank account. Have been to Space before and it would probably sell for 3 times that there….and you are right…if you want bragging rights [if paying retail +50% is what you want to be known for], Space is a better place to shop.
ROFLMAO

and it's the simplest design I've ever layed my eyes on.
I can see the ozbargain'ers rushing in for this sale. Look you even save $3000 on the laminated chipboard, I mean "designer coffee table"
Ahh well, I suppose someone has to be there to take money of morons with too much money. I'm in the wrong business I think
