    I'm also up for a new hot water service, I've done a tone of research and have read bad things about the bosche units (in regards to technical support)

    I was thinking about getting a Rinnai - just because the support seems much better, will wait till they have a special and cash back

    note - best place i have found for these units (in vic) is at the following location - although i think they would ship it anywhere…

    Note they also have a special on bosche and controllers, which goes very well with the cashback!
    the 17e is 599 after the cashback which is extremly good!
