My first post please be gentle. :-)
Was looking for this air fryer for a while. It seems to be good price since I was looking at $99.95 last time.

Welcome to OB, Hunter.
This looks pretty good. There are similar units on sale from today at Aldi but they are $99. If the quality is OK, it is a ripper buy.
Not allowed to have any kind of fryer in the house at my cholesterol level [!] but if you do not have that problem, go for it.put flora proactive in the air fryer; good to go
It's an air fryer, so basically 'no fat'. Chips can be done with slices of potatoes sprayed with an oil mister. You'd get more cholesterol with a salad dressing.
It is free shipping too… worth a mention.
Can I deep fry using these? (Like coating with batter and frying etc)
I wanted to know the same thing and I found a site that's answered it better than a couple of words in a review can in my opinion.

While I was reading around I've also seen people mention amazing onion rings. I really wanna buy one of these and give no.1 a go (fish and chips).
How's this compare to the Aldi one?
Thinking if I should get one for my mom. Anybody got any experience with these sort of things?
see the reviews… over100+
I'm curious- this is a very good price for one of these….
If you are going to buy it (tempted myself, but not sure not after reading the reviews) don't forget to use one of the 10% off codes: COMEBACK10, WELCOME10, BUYME10
i got The coupon code you have provided is invalid.
even after creating new account, still the same (all codes)Why I can't get the 10%coupon to work?
Warranty?
minus: long time (one said 20mins for chips which is ok, we cant expect food done in 5mins using this)
and loud sound
edit, review says 40 mins cooking time for the fries. Just be awared of that.
are air fryers safe in general? I remember reading about a Tefal one which did a fine job at cooking, but they always broke down or even caught on fire which was too much of a risk for me, I just hope it's with that brand only and not air fryers in general.
So tempting…..
How's this compare to the Oven & Multi Cooker?

Reviews aren't great.
Seems good to me from the 100+ reviews
Whats the power consumption for one of these?
OzBargained - won't add to cart, and the page says low stock…. oh well maybe next time!
same here
Bought the Aldi one today. So far so good. Works well. And with its 3 year warranty all the better.
Is it healtheir to use an air fryer although it is sort of frying it (without the oil)?
Actually, they have 111 in stock, just speaking with them now …. if you want one hang on and I'll see if they can fix the link
It's showed out of stock…
just cameback from live chat.
no stock~!!!!!this is example of when you snooze you loose.
dammmmmn
The deal itself is good so + from me.
But 'air fryers' are pretty redundant. They don't cook without fat. That's a myth.
The chips you see in the pics or commercials are almost always the packaged ones (that already include FAT) or they ask you to use a spoonfull of oil if using actual fresh potatoes. I can do the exact same thing in my oven.
These things are only useful if you have an electric oven and may save a little on power. That's assuming you only want to cook a handful of chips. it's just clutter AFAIC.Spot on…"air fryers" are just ugly kitchen clutter that fail to deliver. I bought one, tried it twice and was very unimpressed with the results (it's just as easy to dry-roast in the oven). Donated it to Vinnies after 3 days……
Not to mention, the 'health conscious' people who buy these things end up eating their 'Fat free' chips with a bucket of Mayonnaise or SUGAR laden tomato sauce LOL
I agree, a friend had one and the results were exactly the same as baking in the oven!
already sold out!
Interesting.. Aldi have one for $100.
