    Damn, the $12 delivery for me cancels out the savings (would only save 3 dollars compared to MSY for the 256gb 840 pro). Great prices though

      Yep same. I would go for the 256GB Pro but the $11.95 delivery brings the total up to $240.95 compared to MSY's $244.00. Auburn MSY has surprisingly improved their service lately in regards to warranties and returns. =)

      I've zero experience with either hard drive, and zero experience with either shop. But going by the reviews on product review and whirlpool I'm erring on the side of the Plextor and MSY. Might as well toss a coin though, I think.

      Or buy one of each and race them to your door.

      The Plextor is slightly better. In this case it's better to pick the more reputable brand. But the 840 Pro is significantly faster than both of these models.
