  I think this pupy might ALSO be a Phone… is, not just a tab that can access it Internet via 3G.
  
  If so, I'd say it's Good deal.
  
  PS Work's N8000 has LOTS of issues accessing Internet via WiFi…
  
  Support says let Google backup your apps & settings… then backup your own data… EVERY time it happens…!!!

These were $469+ shipping without the MicroSD card last week, the price went up to $499 on Friday.
