Hey Guys,

My name's Mitchell and I'm the new Online & Social Media rep for Scoopon.

If you have any queries regarding Scoopon orders, vouchers, deals, account issues or similar, please just let me know via this thread and I'll look into it for you.

At Scoopon, all of our Customer Service communication is conducted via email through our Help Centre. This is to ensure that we can keep track, and a record, of everything that is said in our correspondence(s) to customers. As we don't have a Call Centre, we also don't have a phone number that you can contact us on!

  • Why dont you guys have a better return policy like Groupen? I always buy my coupons from them with 100% confidence as I know they will return any of my remaining coupons with no questions asked. But I am very very carefull with what and HOW MANY I buy from Scoopon as there is no refund for change of mind… You guys loose many customers because of that. Thank you

      I'll certainly direct your comments regarding our returns policy to the necessary department.

      However, please note that under Section 17 ('Change of Mind Returns') of our Terms & Conditions, it does clearly state that we don't offer refunds if a customer simply changes their mind.     Well, I have had two good experiences with scoopon offering me a refund. My $50 topy garment steamer broke down and they offered a full refund "reply paid" if I mailed them the faulty unit. The second was the recent heller heater deals with a wiring malfunction. Again a full refund was given.

    I have only had excellent customer service from scoopon and will definitely buy again. (Looking out for heater deals to replace this broken one!)

      I'm very glad to hear that your experiences dealing with us has been very positive; sorry to hear about the faulty products though!

      If a product is faulty, we do supply 'reply paid' address for this to be returned to. Once returned, either a replacement or refund will be processed.

      At present we don't have any Scoopon deals for heaters available. However, keep your eyes peeled for your next Scoop!

    you are probably going to get suspended posting the same message into every deal that had the word 'scoopon' in it. threads from 2011 got a comment!, 300 comments bringing up things that are completely irrelevant.

    Are you an automated machine or a human? Experience tells me that Scoopon/CatchoftheDay/etc is run by robots

  • Great news! But I too have only had good experiences with Scoopon and saved many $ with the items I have purchased. The only thing I would comment on is that the deals aren't as good as they used to be. I purchased some great meal deals, such as one at the 'Royal Standard' Hotel near the Vic Market. $40 for $100 worth of food and beverages. These deals just aren't there any more. So more dining deals in Geelong or Melbourne, thanks!

      I'm super happy to hear that you've had good, positive experiences when purchasing through Scoopon.

      We have a dedicated team who work around the clock to offer Scooponeers the best quality deals from awesome deal providers. However, we know there's always room for improvement and variety!

    Hi Scoopon,

    I bought a voucher from scoopon for secureparking, yet unable to make a booking as their booking system is not working. I raised a request for refund (request # 337195) with Scoopon. The reply from scoopon was as below. I emailed secure parking, rang them many times but never get a response either way.
    Do you think that it is fair that scoopon responded this way. As far as I'm concerned, I paid Scoopon and Scoopon should refund me. SecureParking will not refund as they didn't take any more from me. Hope you could help. Thanks in advance.

    I have a RMA no. for the return of a faulty luggage but where the hell is the reply paid address. The address on the link for the return is a normal gpo address in sunshine west but the postie wants to charge me $13. this return issue is getting far too difficult for me. and the reason I am returning this item is that it had a faulty internal zip. Your company return policy sucks!!

  • Hi Mitchell, tried to find the on line chat button cause if I emailed the deal would be gone. (Bah humbug to that one)
    Tried to use the VISA10 code and had to change details with visa checkout and then when I went to purchase scoopon deal it would not accept code cause it said I had used it, Well I havn't made any purchases so what did I use this code on.
    Not happy as I would have liked the deal but really there is NO DEAL
