At Scoopon, all of our Customer Service communication is conducted via email through our Help Centre. This is to ensure that we can keep track, and a record, of everything that is said in our correspondence(s) to customers. As we don't have a Call Centre, we also don't have a phone number that you can contact us on!

Why dont you guys have a better return policy like Groupen? I always buy my coupons from them with 100% confidence as I know they will return any of my remaining coupons with no questions asked. But I am very very carefull with what and HOW MANY I buy from Scoopon as there is no refund for change of mind… You guys loose many customers because of that. Thank you
