Note: From Google play reviews about remaining app name as lite(thanks to easternculture) :
People need to go through the settings and experiment with it before posting negative reviews. Yes it says lite but it has all the paid options and YES YOU CAN SHARE A PIC THAT HAS BEEN CREATED
I got my free app from appgratis and yes is the lite version but it's unlocked with all the features
The app you downloaded is called "PicShop Lite - Photo Editor". It will always remain called "PicShop Lite - Photo Editor" even if you upgrade to the Pro version via an in app special (via "AppGratis"). That's just how Google rolls
