My work will show a US IP address.Paypal Express doesn't show the discount. Need to check out using the other method, but can still pay with Paypal.

I have waited for at least 3 hours and I have keep checking my email including in the junk mail. I have already email the pok Facebook and enquiries of pok but I still waiting for them to reply me.earlier today I have bought 2 e-gift card without issues but not the second time. So can u please help me to solve this issues please?

perhaps just be patient … it's after business hours, do you expect someone to be in the office 24/7 emailing out vouchers?
It is done automatically. I got my first 2 gift card straight after when I press the check out button but not for the second time. I know there is a domain delay for emails but it should be within half an hour. The pok Facebook said email them if u haven't receive the gift card. The reason I post it here it's because I see pok reps replying other people's comment after business hour so I just give a try and see if they can help me.
