Does a standard CM not work on this unit?
Should also note this is a single core mobile phone with Adreno 200 (not very fast). The only saving grace about this device is that it has active dual sim, meaning you can receive a phone call on one sim while already talking on another.
Active dual sim.. Just be weary of what that actually means. The phone actually just forwards the call. You can't actually put the first call on hold and answer the second call.
Also to note is that 3G can only be active on one sim at a time.
i would agree. this phone is laggy.. i bought one but had to tske it back
but i think is normal price from kogon tho
if you want dual sim any 60$ china ones will do fine, $100 if you want 3G
I'm sorry but I would have to neg because this is a phone not worth buying at any price. You will regret it with the non responsive laggy touch screen.
For that amount of money you can easily get a MT6589 Quad Core 1G/8G Chinadroid. I am using a rooted 5.7" with a 64GB card running on JB 4.2.1. Sweet.
Whereabouts did you order your phone? Do you have a link to the exact model?
ill take a model number as well judging buy most comments
now at dse for $138
I bought this phone for $239 about 6 months ago and I must warn people that you should consider reading reviews.
Most reviews say that this phone is slow and laggy and I can confirm that it is absolutely true!
The phone has decent hardware but the stock samsung rom makes it so slow that it's basically not usable. There is a beta custom rom that recently became available, which makes it run a lot smoother and actually good to use. (kyleOPEN ROM - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=36568055)
So unless you plan to use the custom rom, don't bother.
