What's the cheapest notebok around there with those specs? The other specs don't really matter.
Also, what do you think about 1080p on a 13.3 inch? Wouldn't the text be too small to read on a daily basis? Open to any recommendations, thanks!

At the moment, only high end specs Ultrabooks come with 1080p screen. You are looking at around $1000 price tags for these laptops.

ASUS N56V is a good notebook with 1080P resolution, can be had for a little under $1000. Quad-core i7, 8GB RAM…etc. pretty much all round high-end (but not bleeding edge) specs.
1080p on 13.3" is fine, I've used it before with normal DPI scaling, but 125% can be used if the text is too small.
