    JUST A HEADS UP!

    Received my product today and submitted the cash back claim. In the fine print it says "You will first need to install and register your product".

    I'm not sure if they will actually check or not, but it's probably worth doing just in case. The installation process made me uninstall MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) + Malwarebytes.

      The error means you have not put in the 5 digit security code on the page
      &
      You need to upload our invoice (you can download the invoice from your shopping express account upon login)

        Hi,
        Yes, I did put both onto the website.
        I have entered the 5 digit security codes accordingly.
        And I have tried uploading the invoice in PDF format and also the second time in JPG format. Both didn't work.
        Both errors came up numerous times despite using a different browser (FireFox and Internet Explorer).
        Please advise

          I used Google Chrome registered cash back this morning without any problem. I got the error of the security code's before, but it appears I took too long to fill the form, it got time out. After reflashed, the different code will turn up.
