        Thanks it did. Wasn't sure if it was the address or email, but looks like it was the email. It doesn't seem to send a confirmation email I noticed.

          I just tried using 2 different emails and it declined the second, used a different address and it worked

    I'd rather not take the risk to give a phone number as required information. If it didn't require it I would deem this a good deal. Obviously you can fake it, but I'd rather not randomly give someone else's number.

    Just change the address for a second chance. No need to change anything else.

    Add 1/ etc in front of address, unless you live in an apartment. Also indicates to me its an online freebie I ordered.

    Just worked for me, had to manually enter address and not select the prefilled drop down one they put in.
    Once I saw the picture though, I remembered I didn't really like this stuff :(
