We advise reading this guide aswell if you dont know how to find your IMEI, especially if you have a second hand iPhone, where the one on the SIM Tray/Box may be incorrect.

EDIT: Late Addition, Registering only gets discounts on services for people who add $50 to an account, for the single use user, your best just to put it through as a single request rather than signing up for your account.
EDIT2: This DOES NOT unlock your phone, just provide you with who it is locked to, please try not to request the same IMEI over and over again.

      Checking who its locked to, we can only do iPhones/iPads, Unlocking we can do all. For example its more often cheaper if you use the generic provider unlock, but if you dont know the provider, you can also use the "generic" unlocks, such as the Samsung Asia/Pacific Unlock Code Solution. Which will unlock almost any Samsunbg regardless of provider

      But in practicality, its great if buying a second hand one, often people do color convertion on iPhone White<>Black, it can help if someone says there iphones never been repaired, but is black when this returns it was white.

      Did you have Find my iPhone installed? Besides that and they have probably restored it by now if someone found it. I dont think i can help sorry.

    If you ask nicely, any Apple Reseller can tell you which carrier your iDevice is locked (or not) with.

      Well you have to register for an account and deposit a min $50 into your account, this is mostly for resellers and look on most of the useful Australian services its only $1 or $2 difference, we have already priced them quite low to make them appealing. International services there is a bit more markup, but sales are much lower for those.

      Im not seeing your request mate, was going to see if i could work it out, firstly double check you entered the right IMEI, it may be one number wrong or maybe your reading off the sim tray, that may not be the original one from your phone. Otherwise we have done 1000's of these requests and so far only one repsonse has been proven wrong, this ended up being an error in the Apple Database. As i said we have only seen it once before where it was wrong.

    Unless I'm reading this wrong, I need to deposit $50 minimum to perform a $5.95 unlock… What the hell do I do with the left over money when everything else on the site is useless too me? Please feel free to have a crack at me if I've missed reading something

      Hi Mate, Well its good to have this sort of feedback, it just shows we arnt clear enough on the site, basically you can put through any single request at the price listed and just pay that price. IF you sign up for an account it will show slightly lower prices, but people are only eligable for them if they add $50 to their account, mostly resellers use our service this way. Hope that clears it up, we will try and make it more clear on the site. Thanks
