word of advice, dont get the pens they are crap. I made pens that said 'If lost please call **** *** ***' cause I tend to always lose my pens or people would steal them but they just rub off. plus the quality of the pens are crap.

Hopefully since they didn't say anything about the promotional products it'll go through this time. Strange that people have been having such issues. I've made 3 orders in the last 30 days with Vista for various junk and received all of them quite swiftly too. Though one of the orders they totally stuffed up the pricing on and had to correct so maybe they also fast tracked that to me to cover their arses. Had nothing but great service from them. Must be lucky I guess… :/
I've had 4 orders with them recently, 3 were 21day shipping and 1 7 day shipping. They all came within 5 working days (3 of them in 4)
Yeah mine have all been around the 5 working days mark. Years ago they were taking 10-15 days but not anymore it seems.
They now have an Australian printing centre.

Yes - printing on pens is far too easy to scratch off, leaving mainly the white underneath.
After a couple of days in a bag / pocket with coins etc, most of print is gone.
Similarly, printing on standard white T-shirts is not of great quality. Printing on black (extra cost) is worth it if you want a better quality shirt (less likely to stretch & is thicker material) with thick print that lasts. Been printing & wearing VP shirts for years, in the past often costing $1ea in black with 14d shipping, after using codes.

Had 3 PayPal payments rejected on $0 orders (Samples with free shipping). Received emails to pay $0 - tried to use CC - not accepted, then used BPay, but all those orders were cancelled.

I got my photos print, the quality is shocking. I would not keen printing with them again. But their customer service is excellent.
That surprises me, I've recently had some picture postcards printed by them and the quality was amazing. Also had a iPhone case made for the wife and a banner and they were all really good. The only problems I've ever had with vistaprint is they slightly over trimmed the postcards I had made (although no harm done because they had a white border) and they cancelled my a couple of my free orders.
The T-shirts I ordered on the previous $30-off deal arrived today. What an incredible disappointment they are. The quality of the material is like tissue paper. When I put them on you can see my chest hair through the cloth - which means I'll never be able to wear them for anything except pjs. Considering they add $ for everything else you want to do, they should have an option to add a few $ to get a decent cloth. BigW regularly have better quality T-shirts for $4-$6.
Thats why I have recommended upgrading to Black. White is thin, quickly stretches out of shape, so is only OK for a very short time / promo use. Grey is OK (thicker material) - but uses same printing process, so whites are actually just the grey material. Black is best & uses a different printing process (more of a rubberised print - white needs to be printed so design is crisp, unlike the absence of print on white or grey material). I have well worn black VP T-shirts from 2009 on which still look good. On my travels those T-shirts get a lot of attention & photographs, even from designers. But not everyone wants a black T-shirt.
Years ago I sold screen printed goods (decals/T-shirts/etc). If we had sold the quality of shirt I received, we wouldn't have expected any repeat business.
On the other hand, the printed cap I received (seems) quite good quality. It's 100% cotton, white, with light-brown inside layer, quad-row stitching, and a metal adjustment buckle. So it only reinforces my confusion. (Why supply such good caps, but such rubbish shirts!?)
The cap is made in Cambodia. The shirt Nicaragua.
If they have another $30 off deal in the future I may try an embroidered polo to try and match the cap. Anyone know if the white polos are better quality?
I just don't understand them… destroying their own reputation with the poor quality shirt I received. Maybe the gaps in the weave will close up a little, and the shirt thicken a bit after washing - but I don't expect miracles.
Just got around to placing my Vistaprint order using the free $30 Scoopon voucher.
As I had an email for free premium business cards & $5 t-shirts, I constructed my order based on my stored designs. 2 x 250 premium business cards (1 horizontal, 1 vertical - done this before, both free), mouse mat & 1 x $5 + $8.99 for black t-shirt (all with my previously uploaded graphics) = $13.99 plus post @25% off.
Entered code to see how much else I could get on my $30 voucher & price went UP to $50.33 plus post @25% off!!!
So a $30 discount would cost me $36 more!! Waste of time.. Grr!!!! (and I use VP a lot & like them)
Ended up just getting the 2 sets of premium business cards & a mouse mat (all free) & paid $9 for 21 day delivery. NOT a great deal - I usually get about 20 items for just over $20 delivered (including 2 T-shirst on black).
