  Hi folks, just an update. I would have thought I would be better at dealing with this by now but I got well and truly OzBargained again (a good thing) and these cables take longer to pack so I am running a bit behind in my shipping. I hope to have everything finalised by tomorrow and I do apologise profusely and sincerely for the delays. There were a couple other logistical issues (I had the stock but no stamps and two 8:30-6pm days at uni so couldn't get to the post office, my fault and no excuse though).

  I'll get it sorted and once again I apologise for the delays. Before I post another deal I will actually get all my ducks in a row so that processing the amount of orders that comes out of OzBargain won't be an issue in the future (or at least much less of an issue).

  OK, so I am finally caught up on all the back orders. Here are the reasons (not excuses, I should have planned better) that it took so long:

  1. Getting the envelopes stamped and addressed for the 2m and 3m cables takes about 3x as long (more stamps to stick on etc)
  2. Getting the 5 packs ready to ship took a lot longer than I expected
  3. I completely screwed up and didn't have enough stamps and two very busy days at uni where I literally couldn't get to the post office
  4. Exams coming up and having to split my time

  What I will try and do in the future to mitigate these problems:

  1. Have a whole lot more envelopes ready to go before posting a deal
  2. If I am running a deal with 5 packs or whatever, prepare the 5 packs ahead of time so I can just drop them in an envelope. Again, do this before the deal.
  3. Don't screw up with this kind of thing again, it's amateur hour and I am very embarassed by it
  4. Don't run a big deal around exam time

  This was just a comedy of errors on my part and I apologise profusely for bollixing it up. I have got it all sorted now but a lot of you would have had to wait longer than usual for your orders.

  DO NOT EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SUPPORT.

  I purchased a couple of the cables for the Samsung Galaxy S4's. They arrived LATER than listed eBay arrival date and did not work with the phones. It took a week of emailing him (many times) to finally be able to return the items (I paid for return shipping) and now he is trying to tell me that I did not open the cables and test them ALL BECAUSE I HAVE RE-WRAPPED THEM BACK UP TOO WELL! (seriously?????). I provided links to whirlpool when I actually posted about the cables not working with the devices. Off to open a PayPal dispute. :(

    Agreed. I got a 1m and a 3m, and the 3m is horrendous. If I'm using the phone whilst it's plugged in, it will either not charge or actually continue to go down. It's like the power being used is more or equal to the charging input. The 1m is better, but I think it's still worse than my stock phone cable.
