 - This is the first thing I've seen on OB that I didn't know what it was. Well done. 
 - Can't say much for the flour but I used to buy the matzo bread all the time. It's usually cheap and makes a good cracker for cheese and dip.  - As a student I made pizza using matzo (aka whatever I found in the cupboard), and just cooked it quickly under a grill. It was so good. Kinda like what Pizza Hut's thin crust pizza wished it could be. 
 





Don't know what this is, but for 10 cents I'd be all over it.
