    I purchased a few Philips SHE3570 headphones last month.
    A few days later received an email from Harvey Norman saying that they ran out of stock.
    It has been two weeks now and I have still not received a refund!!
    Wouldn't waste my time again with these thieving scammers!

      My experience with Harvey Norman and Dick Smith online purchase.

      Harvey Norman: refund takes forever, they never reply to your emails. I had to file a dispute via paypal which the full period to get my money back.

      Dick Smith: took 2 weeks to cancel my order, also paypal. Deducted shipping charge without telling me and never replied to me since. Son of a -

      I didn't know their in-store questionable customer service would turn up in other areas as well. Very unpleasant.
